A few months after the world premiere, Opel Mokka-e has a price tag. The Mokka-e compact electric SUV can now be ordered from 32,990 euros before the environmental bonus, with deliveries to begin in early 2021. After governmental incentives, the entry price of the Mokka-e will drop to 23,420 euros in Germany.
The new Opel Mokka-e is already well equipped with state-of-the-art assistance systems like front collision warning systems, automatic city emergency braking and pedestrian detection, Lane Keeping Assist, traffic sign and drowsiness detection. A fully digital 7-inch driver information display, as well as multimedia radio and multimedia navigation via a 7-inch color touchscreen, is also installed.
The electric motor with 100 kW / 136 hp and 260 Newton meters of maximum torque ensures a powerful drive. The new Opel Mokka-e has a 50 kWh battery and an autonomy up to 324 kilometres according to the WLTP cycle. The sprint to 100 km / h takes 9.0 seconds, and the maximum speed is 150 km/h. The power consumption is 17.8 kWh / 100 km. The driver can choose between the three driving levels Normal, Eco and Sport.
Opel gives an 8-year or 160,000-kilometer guarantee on the battery.
The new Opel Mokka-e will be available from dealers in three versions from the beginning of 2021: as an electric car, as a gasoline engine and as a diesel. The entry-level SUV with a 100hp gasoline engine is priced at 19,990 euros (with 19% VAT).
